Our gear reducer renewal and upgrading team is capable of rebuilding your gear reducer, increaser or planetary drive by providing a detailed inspection report and recommendation, as well as costs, and rebuilding your unit to new or better condition. We also offer drive redesign, reverse engineering and failure analysis.
By working in conjunction with our gear plant and our machining and fabrication plant, the gear drive rebuild team can provide new gearing, shafts and a rebuilt housing to look and perform like new. All of our work is certified to an ISO 9001-2000 standard. In-process inspections and final test runs are performed to ensure all rebuilt gear reducers meet our own rigid quality standards.
